L’esperto Monitoraggio e Valutazione (M&E) è responsabile della raccolta, dell'analisi e del reporting dei dati perché possa aiutare l’associazione Centro Penc a valutare l'efficacia dei suoi programmi; deve essere in grado di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team, nonché avere eccellenti capacità comunicative, di risoluzione dei problemi e organizzative. 

Spesso lavorerà in ufficio, ma potrà anche essere tenuto a visitare i siti dei progetti o partecipare al lavoro sul campo, osservando i programmi in azione.

Deve essere in grado di lavorare con una varietà di parti interessate, dai partecipanti al programma alle agenzie governative, per garantire un'accurata raccolta e analisi dei dati. 

Deve essere a suo agio con la tecnologia e avere una forte conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione dei dati.

È importante che abbia un buon senso dell'analisi e capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente. Inoltre, è importante che sappia lavorare sotto pressione, poiché potrebbe essere necessario rispettare scadenze brevi.

 

Impegno richiesto: part time

Location: Palermo

Disponibilità: immediata

Tipologia del contratto: cococo o collaborazione libero professionale

Lingue richieste: italiano e inglese

Modalità di selezione: valutazione del CV e colloquio, che potrà essere svolto in italiano o in inglese

Compenso: il compenso sarà concordato in modo congruo al curriculum e alle esperienze maturate

Scadenza presentazione candidatura: 28 agosto; la commissione di valutazione potrà riservarsi di chiudere la vacancy una volta individuato il candidato anche prima della scadenza.

In Campobello, a psychological support desk for migrants

The listening and psychological support desk for vulnerable people with a migration background and their caregivers opens today in Campobello di Mazara. The counter team is made up of professionals from the Penc Center of Palermo and the Hera Consortium, organizations that have long been engaged in activities aimed at the well-being and social inclusion of foreign people present in the area.

Migrants, the Busy counter opens in Palermo

Volunteer guardians for unaccompanied foreign minors,
a successful trial
